We've seen many people around us try really hard to avoid the agency fee. We figured there's an easier way how to do it so we built www.noagentsplease.com.mt -  where only property owners are allowed to list and buyers/ tenants contact property owners directly.

Naturally, no commissions payable!   

Owners pay a 1 YEAR listing fee of €30 to list their property. Buyers/ tenants pay nothing.
