The Principal - Lynne Charleston

Lynne is a fully qualified and experienced teacher in both the Royal Academy of Dance (English) and Cecchetti (Italian) styles of ballet.

Early training in South Africa from a number of notable teachers. Full time dance training at the Urdang Academy, Covent Garden, London.

Prior to moving to Hong Kong in 1997, Lynne danced with the National Ballet of Zimbabwe. She was instrumental in the setting up of the Company’s first full-time Dance Education Programme of which she was Director. Lynne was also Co-ordinator of the National Ballet’s Outreach Programme.

Lynne is a qualified Pilates instructor – previously taught same at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts.
