German branch of AOL

In Germany, AOL hasn't gained any comparable market share like it did in the US. Despite continuous marketing efforts, AOL Germany has not even come close to T-Online, and technical service is not always the best. For foreigners, the huge AOL portal and the German software that comes with an AOL account is rather useless.
